Job Title: Social Media Marketing Creator
Type: Contract for 2024 Season
Fee: $8000
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to promote MTC productions and events, engage with the community, and increase audience engagement.
- Create and manage social media content across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Design and execute online social media campaigns to drive ticket sales and promote fundraising efforts.
- Assist in email marketing efforts, including creating digital newsletters and promotional emails to keep patrons informed about upcoming shows and events.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of social media and advertising campaigns, and provide regular reports to assess impact and ROI.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in social media management and marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, Meta and analytics to track and measure campaign performance.
- Passion for the arts and interest in supporting a non-profit theatre organization.
