Did You Know?

The CARES Act now allows all taxpayers who do not itemize their deductions to take a charitable deduction of up to $300, or $600 for married couples filing jointly.

ALSO: Donors who itemize their deductions can now give more cash to charity before reaching their adjusted gross income (AGI) limitation. The limitation for cash contributions to public charities like MTC has now been raised to 100% of an individual’s AGI for both 2020 and 2021. Please consult your tax advisor for more details.
