SINGER/STORYTELLERS: MTC is seeking five singer/storytellers age 18 and older to perform in this ensemble musical production featuring songs and words of the great Woody Guthrie.
Age/Gender/Ethnicity for all roles is open
Preferred qualifications include: singing, storytelling or acting; possible guitar playing (desired but not necessary); some stage experience either in theatre or musical performing
MUSICIANS: We are also seeking string players (including both alternates) for the following: Acoustic Bass, Guitar, Multi-string Fiddle, Mandolin and Banjo (or any combination thereof)
- Performance Dates: June 29 through August 20, 2023
- Times: Thursday – Saturday, 7:30 PM; Sunday, 2:00 PM
- Place: Helen Schoeni Theatre, 45200 Little Lake Street, Mendocino, CA
- Rehearsals begin May 15, 2023 — Times will depend on actors’ availability.
Actor/Singer/Storyteller Compensation: In the form of reimbursement for expenses
