Paladar Still Strength Blanco Tequila is crafted in the heart of Jalisco by one of the last independent founding tequila families, honoring generations of tradition. Made from 7-year Blue Weber agave grown in estate fields, the piñas are slow-roasted in brick ovens, open-air fermented in pine vats with wild and proprietary yeast, then twice distilled in a copper and stainless steel alambique blend. Bottled straight off the still at full proof, this blanco captures agave in its purest state.
