MTC seeks an energetic positive person to be responsible for implementing the electrics and audio installations for the mainstage season. The successful candidate will be familiar with basic electronics and audio technologies, ETC light boards, QLab running software, and theatrical rigging. Lead tech will have primary responsibility for hang and focus, audio installations and programming. Lead tech will supervise volunteers who have an interest in helping MTC and developing skills in these areas. Lead Tech will be paid an hourly salary, amount DOE, on a bi-weekly basis and covered by the company’s workers comp when onsite. Hours will be heavy during the load-in and tech periods (the two or three weeks prior to each opening) and very light during the run of shows.
